This Company is looking to recruit an individual who has some “gravitas” and clear potential and will be able to “pick things up quickly” and who can be trained and will develop an interest in all areas of the Companies business and develop long term business relationships with their customers.
The role will be “field based” and will be to sell a wide range of market leading products in the safety products, street furniture and related products market sector to a wide variety of customers in the Central Southern and South East England Region. Ideal locations will be in Berks, Surrey, North Hants & the Northern Areas of West Sussex.
There will be full training available and this will involve time away from home to get fully trained up before managing the region on offer which covers Oxon, Bucks, Berks, Hants, Surrey and Sussex.
The key requirements needed for this client will be a positive and inquisitive nature, good quality relationship building skills, and an ability to “fit in” with different teams and be managed and developed by the Companies Sales Management team.
You will also ideally require a track record of some sort in sales, or a Commercial role or sales administration and be a Graduate or a “Graduate calibre” individual looking to build your career within the Sales environment.
Whilst some commercial or managerial or sales experience of some type will be preferred the client is really looking for a positive attitude with intelligence and enthusiasm and a keenness to develop a career with an excellent Company over the long term in a Sales capacity.
