Description

This is a great opportunity to join an established Multi National organisation and develop a field Sales career with talented colleagues and great training.

 

This Company is looking to recruit an individual who has some “gravitas” and clear potential and will be able to “pick things up quickly” and who can be trained and will develop an interest in this Companies areas of business and develop long term business relationships with their customers.

 

The role will be to sell a wide range of Electronic Components to a wide variety of customers in the South West and South Wales Region. Customers will be either existing smaller customers or new customers which the Company want targeting from a field sales perspective and where there should be great potential for account growth.

There will be full training available and this will involve some time away from home to get fully trained up before managing the region on offer.

 

The key requirements needed for this client will be a positive and inquisitive nature, good quality relationship building skills, and an ability to “fit in” with different teams and be managed and developed by their management team.

 

You will also ideally require a track record of some sort in sales, or a Commercial role or sales administration and be a Graduate or a “Graduate calibre”  individual looking to build your career within the Sales environment.

 

Whilst some commercial or managerial or sales experience of some type will be preferred the client is really looking for a positive attitude with intelligence and enthusiasm and a keenness to develop a career with an excellent Distribution Company who happen to work in the Electronics Distribution sector and this career will be over the long term in a Sales capacity. This Company will also look at Graduates looking to develop their field Sales Careers for the first time after developing some experience in an internal role of some description.

Our client sell on the quality of products, Company reputation and the quality of service provided so it is essential that the successful applicant has a similar positive and quality orientated approach and the  “where with all”  to develop business relationships and career options.

 

There will also be some great prospects to look forward to with this client whose established Account Managers all earn excellent salaries with good Commissions packages  …  this role is the first step on the path to this type of Account Management position with a Market leading International Distribution Group.
