A Field Sales Executive is required for this market leading Healthcare Package provider based in the South East. Ideally based in Hertfordshire or surrounding areas.

The Role: Working off leads generated by the telesales team your remit is to conduct face to face visits to companies with Private Health benefits and sell the Healthcare Packages to the employees.

Dealing directly with HR, MD’s, FD’s and the employees you will explain how the system works and then sign up customers on a monthly plan.
This is a fantastic product with no cost involved to the Employer and a fantastic return for the employee for a very small outlay.

The Person: You will be used to working as a field sales executive, gaining your own new business as well as attending pre booked visits to convert clients. Consultative, articulate, influential and hard working you will demonstrate an ability to interact with the clients and show a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

The Package: £20k basic, fully expensed company car, uncapped commission structure plus other benefits.
