Joining the 2nd line Analyst team, will see you in their prestigious offices, dealing with technical issues raised by the software in the field.

During the initial training programme the successful candidate will spend time with the 1st line team, gaining extra knowledge and insight along with extensive training.

If you have General Microsoft Windows XP knowledge, Microsoft Office experience and Database interrogation skills with knowledge of SQL, this position is for you.

Also any retail experience would be an advantage with experience of working within a support environment.
