An opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to work within a dynamic company specialising in selling services and solutions based around Microsoft programmes, including CRM, Novell, Citrix, Share Point and Virtualisation e.g. VMware/Xen/Virtual Iron and Green IT.
The company are expanding fast, and have secured major business and orders from the government throughout the UK, but want to sell more of its services to UK Businesses.
Average product value ranges from £20,000 to £50,000 but it can go to as high as £2 million.
Applications are welcome from ambitious individuals who can start and shape new sales, with an established proven track record in new business.
You will be self motivated, with the ability to sell VMware business solutions to a range of companies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will be proactive in your sales approach with drive and ambition.
Specifically you will have:
• Extensive experience of selling VMware solutions to businesses (more than 2 years)
• Experience of selling software or database development solutions
• Experience and confidence at prospecting via telephone and networking with
partners and contacts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales opportunities will be made available from existing clients after appointments have been made by the telesales team. You will then visit the business to suggest new business solutions and prospects.
Supported by the team, you will assess each business requirements, and provide exact specification and quotes to the client to sell VMware.
If this is your skill set, you can expect to a basic salary of up to £45k, with unlimited commission, and a realistic OTE of £80k+
